HARDWARE PROTOTYPING
Electronics & PCB Prototyping
Prototype electronics and PCB development for connected devices, sensors and control products – focused on proving the design, interfaces and product behaviour before committing to production engineering.
Turn a product concept into electronics you can actually test
Early electronics work should reduce uncertainty. The objective is not to optimise every component for mass production; it is to build enough of the real signal, power, control and communication path to learn whether the product behaves as intended.
We can take a prototype from schematic through PCB layout, assembly and bring-up, then test it alongside the software or mobile app that will ultimately use it. That makes interface assumptions visible while changes are still relatively inexpensive.
- Schematic capture and prototype PCB layout
- Component selection appropriate to proof-of-concept work
- Sensor, actuator and control interfaces
- Power and communication interfaces
- Board bring-up and bench testing
- Bluetooth/Wi-Fi integration with mobile apps
- Technical handover for the next engineering stage

Prototype design is about learning, not pretending production is finished
We focus on validating function, interfaces and product behaviour. Production optimisation, regulatory certification and volume manufacturing engineering are separate disciplines, and where a project reaches that stage we make the transition explicit rather than overstate the scope of prototype work.
